Returns and Warranty
You may return new unused items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper:
- transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 10 business days)
- the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days)
- the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 - 8 business days)

Warranty - Limited Lifetime
SEASONFORT aims to ensure your product is made to our exact precision standards. However, if an unforeseen error occurs – we have created the SEASONFORT limited lifetime warranty for your confidence.
SEASONFORT warrants all SEASONFORT branded products only to the original owner with their proof of purchase against defects of material or manufacture under the SEASONFORT limited lifetime warranty. Second hand owners and SEASONFORT products used for commercial purposes are not covered by the SEASONFORT limited lifetime warranty.
Only original, unaltered and unmodified SEASONFORT products and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use and abuse, over packing, mishandling of transit companies such as airlines, improperly following care instructions, the deliberate cause of additional damage e.g. using scissors to cut fabric, the use of non authorised chemicals e.g. deodorisers or cleaners (please use warm water), negligence, heat or flame, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Limited lifetime – remember, this does not mean your lifetime, it is for the product which will over time experience natural breakdown and wear and tear. Examples not covered under a SEASONFORT limited lifetime warranty are colour fading, scratches or abrasion at the base of the Backpack or pockets which may rub against the bush while you trek.
Condensation is natural and is not a product defect – it may occur in various climatic conditions.
Our policy requires any returned SEASONFORT product accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary – otherwise the product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping – no repair will occur unless you authorise the costs.
SEASONFORT will repair or replace the product, at its discretion, should a warrantable defect arise within the warranty period. If the exact model is unavailable a model of equivalent nature will be substituted at our discretion.
The benefits under SEASONFORT's warranty against defects are in addition to other rights and remedies under law in relation to goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

- We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items at your cost to the SEASONFORT office. Should your product not be deemed warrantable, shipping costs to return the product will be at your cost.
